Gathering reflections when coaching outside of Hoolr

We understand that as a coach you will deliver your sessions across a range of platforms and face to face. 

Our aim is for you to use Hoolr as a central place to manage your coaching and follow good practice regardless of where sessions take place.

You can still ask coachees for their session reflections even if your session takes place outside of Hoolr or face to face.

To do this:

1. On your SESSIONS tab select Log Session outside of Hoolr
2. Fill in your session details
3. Make sure the box is ticked asking coachees to complete their reflections
4. Select SUBMIT 

After your session has finished Hoolr will automatically email you and your coachee asking to complete reflections.
