How to integrate Zoom with Hoolr
1. Turn on your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) within Zoom and copy it
You can do this in the Zoom application on your PC/Macbook by
- Selecting the Down arrow on a New Meeting
- Selecting: Use my Personal ID
- Selecting Copy Invitation

2. Paste your PMI into your Hoolr Account
- Now open your Account tab in Hoolr
- Paste your PMI information into the Zoom information field
- Select Save
3. Congratulations! You have now linked your Zoom account to Hoolr
To schedule your Zoom sessions through Hoolr go to your Sessions tab and
- Select Schedule New Session
- Complete the session information, selecting Zoom as your location
- Select Schedule Session and then Download Calender invite
- Your default calendar app will open with all the appropriate calendar information completed for you, just hit send invites!
