Evaluation questions are specific questions to different stages in the coaching relationship. For example, after the first session, the midpoint or the end of a coaching relationship.
These questions can be used to help measure the impact of coaching.
As a coachee, here is how to add answers to evaluation questions
When you log in to Hoolr you will now have a PROGRAMS tab. If you do not have a programs tab, contact your administrator. Select to get started
When you enroll in a program you will be first asked to confirm your coach and record the top three goals you want to work through during the coaching.
You will now see the option to add reflections specific to different stages of the coaching relationship.
The Guidance column will provide instructions for when each piece of reflection is to be completed.
Select EDIT to add reflections.
Your coach will be able to see your responses and your administrator will have an aggregated view of answers across your cohort. They will not specifically see any answers correlated to your name unless you give explicit permission.
Different stages will have different types of question.
In this example you are asked to mark your current confidence level against the goals you have set.
Use the + and - buttons on the right hand side to open up the feedback from the different stages.
Only you and your coachee can see the responses to these questions. Admins can see aggregate answers across the entire cohort.
